After Paint Job.... JDM DC2 pics (56K... maybe)
And of course the daily driver
Rest of the pictures here: http://www.JDMshit.com/DC2
Damn, it was too hot and too sunny to take good pictures. And when I rinsed off the car, the water dried too fast before I could get all of the spots off
. But for all you JDM haters & lovers, here yah go. But hey, I got it pretty cheap so fuggit. Cleaned up the body from the misc dents and scratches from the container ride over, and kept it stock black and took the rear wing off. Filled in the emblem holes, antenna hole, wing holes, and kept all of the black trim (SiR-G lip, foglight covers, and side skirts) trim/flat black. JDM Integras don't come with side moldings. Car drives and pulls good for the stock B18C in there (anyone wanna buy the swap? I can prove the actual milage too
). The entire paint job and body work was $1200 (homie-hookup price obviously). But not bad looking for the price paid.So what are the future plans you ask? Either sell it as is..... or if I keep it, I'm going to register it (already in the process), put the 4-lug ITR wheels & suspension on that I have laying around at the shop, take the ITR Recaro seats out of the DA and put them into the DC, and dump the JDM B18C motor and throw in the JDM H22A motor that I have sitting at the shop (and hook up A/C and PS
).Flame away
.

Thanks..... to answer some questions/comments above....
- Yes, I'll eventually lower it when I switch out the suspension to ITR 4-lug and run those wheels (the 4-lug wheels I have are in perfect condition
)
- H22 EK hatchback is actually in the paint shop now.... should get that back right after SEMA
- The swirls are from my shitty chamois that I had (all dirty and doesn't pick up water like it used to), plus it was too hot to wash the car and the water dried up too fast
I also have a spare set of "H" emblems from the Si-VTEC car if anyone wants them. I also have a spare "bumper antenna" switch also now since I shaved the hole from the bumper (yes, it's JDM but it looked way fugly). Also, anyone want the horn that's in the car? It's the same one they sell at Autobacs for $30.... sounds gay and has a switch to "fade out" and even sounds gay-er. But hey, it's JDM
.
BTW, anyone know of any good place in the 909/626/714 areas that will take off the rear tint from the back hatch window cheap and effectly?

Give The Tint Man in Walnut a call... 909-598-3136 they're on Valley and Lemon. Actually, any place should be able to steam it off...
edit:
Quick question, how'd you get it up to your buddy's shop if it's not registered? towed it?
