look at the plugs, do you see pins in the first 3 plug and no pins in the 4th or do you see pins in the 1st and no pins in the 2nd and pins in the 3rd and 4th plugs?

Basically, yes. The dealer might be able to do something for you if you have fully documented paperwork on the ecu, dunno.
