Default 1.6 Injection?

I was at a local junkyard this morning (bright and early at about 9:30 am), and was looking around, in hopes of finding a few parts I need for my 91' CRX. I found an intake manifold, everything still attached (although the TB was rusted TERRIBLY)...labeled "1.6 Injection". I wasn't planning on heavily modifying my d15b2, but If I were to come across a fairly cheap MPFI setup..I would take it. The problem is, I don't recognize one that is labeled "1.6 Injection". Can anyone explain what year/model this is off? Thanks...

im not positive, but my guess would be off either a 3rd gen civic or 1st gen rex, both would also have to be SI's i do believe, becuz the others were carburated

the 1.6 injection is probably referring to the si intake manifold - which would be the 88-91 crx and civic si's which were 1.6 multiport injection. the junkyard probably just labeled it 1.6 because of the motor it came off of, and injection because it is fuel injected and not carbureted. and if the throttle body is all rusted, i wouldn't bother getting it. just wait until you find another one.

The "1.6 injection" looks like it was factory done..it's a normal label. I expected it to say something like "MPFI"!...except it's 1.6 injection...weird.

I am going to go ahead and wait for the next one I find, but It just left me puzzled. Did pick one thing up today (from the auto parts store, though)..new timing belt. I'm about due to be changing it, so my car walked away happy today
