I don't have the tools, nor the time to make them myself. Please don't come on here with the halo bashing

I don't really want to spend $300+ on those lights on ebay that come with them if they aren't as good or are the same as the DIY quality. If anyone can and has made these and can sell them to me with everything i need to install then let me know.
