Default 2nd gen Vtec or 4th gen

Hey guys i signed up not long ago and looking at some the members car just fully drops my jaw
ive been thinking of buying a prelude..what gen still unkown. the shape of the 2nd gen is good but i want something with vtec power so i was thinking
buying a 2nd gen 2l Si and putting in a vtec engine in it or buying a 4th gen with vtec... what do u guys think is it worth droping a vtec in 2nd gen or is too much hassel....replies appreciated. thanks

oh and by the way why guys think what u think :D

The 4th gen prelude is a great start for many reasons...most importantly, you have 3 engine options, 2 of which are very good...the DOHC 160hp 2.3 or the 2.2 DOHC VTEC motor, which is the most sought after. This engine has the most potential also. imo, its WAY too much hassle to buy and older model and swap the motor than it is to start with a nice good base to work with. Good luck

definetly 4thgen, bascailly there is so much more to do to them, parts redily available as well.

The 4thgens are gettin old now, thus being very cheap.
