Does anyone know approximetly what type of hp gains I could expect if I port and polished a d16y8 and put titanium springs and retainers with a 3 angle valve job??

Really depends on teh job doen and where you go. If you go to a place like exospeed, theyve claimed up to 30 wheel hp on there a6 head with just headwork and bolt ons. SO i would say anywhere between 15 to 25 hp to teh wheels.
