Default Difference between B18c1 and B18c5 block?

Like the topic title, what is the difference besides the pistons? Is there anything further significant about the c5 that the c1 is not, or if you throw in itr pistons it would be identical? Are Itr rods and Gsr rods the same as well as the crank? Just wondering,

Revised high flow intake
Revised high flow exhaust
Polished and ported heads and ports, molybdenum coated piston skirts, lightweight valves, whole bunch of other engine modifications.
Lighter, stronger flywheel
Limited slip differential
Larger brakes
Revised lighter ABS system
15 in. rims shod with Bridgestone RE-010 tires
New front air damn, larger rear spoiler, combine to decrease coefficient of drag.
Short throw transmission with shorter gears for better acceleration
Front shock tower bar
Two rear stabilizer bars
Stiffened suspension, car rides about 1in. lower, handles tons better.
Faux Carbon Fiber instrument panel
High traction deep bolstered seats
Subtraction of 147 lbs. of un-needed items such AC, sunroof, other miscellaneous parts, and sound deadening material, makes it so you can hear the engine, not
the stereo.(although AC is an option, comes standard with a stereo, weird)
Added 55 lbs. of performance enhancements.
Over 60 engine related parts which are changed or completely re-designed.
Redline bumped up to 8400 RPM, damn thats a lot of revs, also uses VTEC for longer than GS-R.

Polished and ported heads and ports,

First of all, there's only ONE head. Second, its not really ported.
Unless you count a different valve angle and some seat blending
"port and polished"

Lighter, stronger flywheel

Lighter yes. Stronger, I doubt it.

Revised lighter ABS system

Didnt bother to check that ALL late model integras come with that ABS did you.

New front air damn, larger rear spoiler, combine to decrease coefficient of drag.

No. Designed to increase DOWNFORCE w/o increasing drag(supposedly)
but NOT to decrease drag.

Short throw transmission with shorter gears for better acceleration

Shorter throw? Since when??

Front shock tower bar

GSR has one

Two rear stabilizer bars

I assume you mean chassis braces.

Redline bumped up to 8400 RPM, damn thats a lot of revs, also uses VTEC for longer than GS-R.

a GSR uses vtec from 4400-8200. Type-R isnt as much at 5700-8600.
Simple mathematics.

Now to answer the ORIGINAL QUESTION.

Differences are as follows:

heavier fully counterweighted crankshaft
lighter rods
coated higher compression pistons

Those are all the differences.

SGT you forgot to mention that the GsR is stamped with 1 and the ITR is stamped with 5

Does the GSR block have oil squirters for the undersides of the pistons too?

Yes, B18C1 blocks also have oil squirters.

OBDI B18C1s have oil coolers, OBDII B18C1s do not. I guess HONDA figured they were not essential.

so if my B18C5 motor blows up, I can build up a B18C1 (OBD1) w/ ITR head and it'll be the same thing?

yoshi - who remembers seeing one of the RealTime ITRs having a B18C1 block

yeah, ANY YEAR b18c will be about the same as long as you transfer
some things from your motor.

Stephen, does the B18C1 also have the steel cylinder sleeves... never had reason to crack a C1 open yet... It would only make sense, being such a soft aluminuim block...
