hood problems

hood problems
i have a 92 lude si. i recently had a jdm h22 put in it. i have an aerogear predator hood but it no longer fits! i thought it was rubbing on the head so i cut the hood a little bit for more clearance but it still rubs. i think it's hitting the top belt or the power steering pump i believe. anybody have any other ideas or am i stuck with buying a new hood?

raise the rubber stopper things?
sell the predator hood and go back to the oem hood?
have a friend help take off the predator hood and put it back on, maybe you put it on wrong.
