fuel problem? to rich or to lean??????

Default fuel problem? to rich or to lean??????

don't know If im runing to rich or to lean?
what should my fuel pressure be at sitting at idel?
seem like car is losing fuel pressure, I just changed the fuel pump so I know it's not that,It's not the fuel filter, cause I tryed runnig It with out the filter, so I don't know what it could be,lot of back fire???
can you guys help me out?

Stock it should be sitting around 40 psi. A wideband O2 will tell you if you are running rich or lean. Backfire usually means you are running rich.
What's your setup?
