hey ....my frigging a/c won't shut off and it is making both my radiator fan and condensor fan stay on...all the time (except when the car is off)...even on a cold morning if i just turn the key to acc position both fans come on...and on top of that...inside the engine bay when the car is on the a/c pump along with some of the hard lines that run off the pump glow white with frost...

i can't figure out what in the hell would cause something like this...no cel's btw...
can anybody help...

car is a 98 prelude w/ f-max turbo kit @ 5psi

 

pull the AC switch out of the car. once you unplug it you should be able to hook a multimeter to it and check the resistance between the leads. there should be some in one position, none in the other. if there is none and none or some and some, then you need to replace that switch.

 

which switch..the a/c pressure switch..or the one inside the cabin that turns the a/c on???
