The initiation fees aren't cheap. but, they are structured similarly to a real Country club. I like the idea of your own apartment above your car.

Kind of a cool idea, I'm just wondering if there is enough support for a venture like this. I see the major investor is the director of marketing.

Speaking as a professional in the Country Club field I was certainly intrigued. We'll have to see how it all develops.
