Default itr cam question

is the only difference between the itr camshafts and the type s cams the duration? i keep reading that they provide the same lift but have more duration. is that right? are the itr cams worth it then?

Yes the only difference is duration, and yes they are worth it if used in conjunction with the Hondata-5 reflash. That's what I'm running and I love them.
