I hear a noise when I apply excellator. But the noise is only when car runs in lower gear like 1 or 2 and not when its in top gear. I feel vibration inside the car as well during the noise. Car is accord 96 EXR. Help is appreciated.

 

You are going to have to be far more specific than that. Describe the noise. Clanging, squealing, screeching, clicking, etc. Give an approximate location of the noise.

You'll have to describe the vibration better as well. Does it happen only during acceleration, during steady speed, during braking, during turning, etc.
