Radiator Fan runs constantly in 91 Dx hatch
As soon as turn the car on the radiator fan starts running and it never seems to shut off. This is when the car is cold, warm, whatever. Even when I put the key into the position right before the car engages the starter the fan turns on.
From what I can tell nothing has been messed with as the car was bone stock when I got it, but perhaps some mechanic didn't wire something correctly when they replaced the front fender from a previous accident (I think it was replaced).
Then again, maybe this is a normal thing with the 91 Dx hatches. Car is not an a/c car and never was.

There is obviously something wired incorrectly. If its comming on, I wouldnt worry about it. Its when It dosent want to come on you dont want.
Looking from the front of the car, is the fan on the left or the right comming on all the time?

Coolant Temperature Switch might have failed. It's designed to fail "on" so you car will still have the fan cooling it but it no longer differentiates "If cooler then x degrees, turn fan off"
Find the switch, it's by your oil filter. Test it like this:

designed that way or not, the switch still can fail "off".
