Default All Motor H22A

I'm thinking of do all motor for my H22A instead of putting a turbo; however, I'm not sure what should I start first? and what usually people do for all motor? Should I start by cam shaft first or piston or etc.? Anyone have suggestions? How many HP and Troque usually gain by doing all motor?
By the way, why you not doing turbo on H22A?

First thing I will say is you have to sleeve the block to run forged pistons in an H22a.

Your only non-sleeve NA piston option is the 11:1 Type-S piston. Or the Jun 12.3:1 piston if you can find it/pay for it.

type-s pistons aren't expensive, the JUN ones are super lemon expensive.
