well i got in a minor accident this morning...busted my hood up and thats about it...cept for the hood broke off one of the top radiator supports...which made a small crack on the top of the radiator..this crack leaked a small amount of antifreeze everwhere...i succesfully repaired the crack but theres quite a bit of steam comming from the radiator area..im hoping its just left over antifreeze.

Anyway too the point...on my way to work today i threw a code but only for about a second then went away..this happened another 2 times during my drive...more than a few minutes apart. I cant check the code because it wont stay on...what should i do!? and what could it be!?

So wait a minute? You were driving and you checked your ECU to see what code it was throwing?

 

sound like your wiring might have a short in it somewhere. if the cel comes on it will stay on till you reset the ecu.

 

thats my theory so far...maybe theres an exposed wire down there that got some antifreeze on it....hopefully by the time i leave work most of it will have dried up...
