FS: Neuspeed Sport springs, Bilstein shocks (rear) for 89-91 CRX and Civic
Neuspeed Sport Springs, drop 2"f/1.75"f, used for about 5 or 6000 miles, purchased new - I have receipts for this stuff. Very nice ride with a moderate drop. Will work very well with lower-end shocks, such as Tokico Blues, KYB GR2/AGX, etc.
$80 + ship
Bilstein HD shocks, CRX, rear (2). Used for same amount of time as the springs. Very tough shocks, monotube design, will hold up to higher rates and lower drops than less expensive shocks. WILL NOT WORK WITH SKUNK2 COILOVERS - this is the only reason I'm letting them go.
$150 for the pair + ship
PM me with questions or post them up! Local buyers preferred, but I can ship them too.

Maybe if you were closer than Wisconsin...but shipping to Wisconsin isn't cheap. If you want to give me your zip, I can find out what shipping would cost me and I can work something out for ya. IM me.
Oh, and thanks Vap!!

The shock bodies on Bilsteins (in the rear at least) is too big around. The Skunk2 coilover sleeves themselves will not fit over the shocks. This is because they are a monotube design, opposed to a more typical twin tube design like Koni or Tokico.

i wonder if GCs will work on those Bilsteins. Can you measure the circumference of that rear strut? did the fronts work? bump!

Yeah, back from the dead. Never saw this post before.
GC's should work fine, although GC does make a specific kit for use with Bilsteins. This is because the Bilsteins, like Konis, use a clip to hold the perch on the shock body. GC decided to take advantage of that clip, so they make a sleeve that fits onto that clip perfectly, and you no longer need to use the silver perch that comes with the Bilsteins.
I remember the circumference being somewhere around 6 1/4" and the Tokico's that I got were in the 3" range. Big difference, but it's Monotube vs. Twin-tube.
The fronts worked fine...weird, huh?
Anyway, all the stuff is still for sale. The springs are even in the original box, and I cleaned everything up real nice!

Do the bilsteins have the ITR style lower brackets (88 civic/crx stamped lca's) or the regular brackets? Could you send pics to inxbrain@aol.com?

No, the Bilsteins that I have are for the 89-91 Civic chassis, so they have a fork-style attachment. You're looking for the eyelet attachment. Kinda hard to get pics, cause the shocks are already boxed up and ready to get shipped off, but if you still need pics, let me know...
