Door handle remove (Acura) 3.2tl

Door handle remove (Acura) 3.2tl
I need to remove the door handle from a 2000 acura 3.2tl in order to install it on an new door. I have removed the 10mm bolts but cannot see how to get the handle out. Thanks in advance.
