I'm in Toronto for a whole weeking visiting my girlfriend. Any suggestions for high quality part shops in the area? Preferably shops that sell stuff like Spoon or JDM products. Any info would be great!

I've heard bad things about BC Auto Design. I've been there myself and I didn't get a very good impression.

 

If you're not from their part of the world you can forget about getting anything out of the guys at BC auto. I have NEVER had a good experience with them!

Get this, one guy in there tried to tell me their JDM 4.1 header was a SPOON header!

I haven't found any shops in the Toronto area that have a good size inventory (BC auto has inventory but...) . If you're here only for a week you will likely not find what you¡¦re looking for. If I¡¦m wrong then someone please correct me because I¡¦d love to find a shop that keeps a decent inventory of go, not show, fast, parts.

I work down the street from BC Auto and they suck big time. What I have noticed : they are rude (at least the management is), overpriced and sell used stuff as new. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

 

I will step up and second (or third or fourth or fifth) the things that are being said about BC Auto. They do have some good stuff or they can get their hands on it at least...BUT if you aren't of Asian decent then they can be difficult to deal with (and sometimes even rude). I'm not being a racist...my Korean buddy has had good experiences there...that's just been my experience.

 

You can try Autosport International in Scarbourough I know they specialize in Honda/Acura, and I havn't had any problems....

 

BABY NSX - I got in town around 930 this past thursday and I was joking around with my girlfriend about going to Yorkdale for the R meet. She actually said she wouldn't mind going. Kinda surprising cuz she calls me a dork cuz I'm so into my car. Who knows, maybe next thursday...

This town is infested with Rs. Proly saw 3 or 4 tonite just driving to this place called Plantation

try Exotic or Johnston Research, I am not sure I spell Johnson or Johnston rite. resonable price and no fake **** like BC AUTO!
