well I had a small crack on the AC mount, now the crack has gotten bigger and a corner of the mount, the thin part broke off, the other 2 or 3 part is still infact but I don't think it'll work well with unstable weight distribution to the A/C mount.

is it a good time to get poly urthane engine mounts inserts to compensate or I have to get new mounts?

Inserts are fine with a cracked mount.
