I currently have a 99-00 SI DC 4-1 header an am considering going with a JDM ITR header and 2.5" testpipe/cat.

Are there any dyno tests out there comparing teh two? Is it worth the money?

 

how much more do you plan on doing to your engine?

if you plan on making more power, I would suggest getting it, if your done (which i doubt you are) then your current one is probably decent.

 

My goal has been 170 WHP and 140 TQ non-VTEC all bolt-ons.
Im at 160 WHP and already passed the TQ goal.

Then I might kick back for a while and save up some money..maybe spend it on something else (or so I say...heh)

Im hoping with the JDM ITR header + a 64mm TB i can reach the 170 WHP goal..is going to be hard thogh..10 WHP is alot to ask for.

 

what kind of CAT do you have on your car now?

 

Stock cat. Why?

 

get the headER and a car sound cat and your throttle body, you should be close then

Im actually going to go with a test pipe to start with..since I cant afford the Carsound cat right now. Im OBDII so Im kinda worried about throwing a CEL...but we'll see.

I already setup an appointment with the dyno for tomorrow..heh...you know me...gotta dyno test everything

If Im not satisfied with the results...then Ill probably sell the header.
