Umm...I know nothing about amps so I don't want to sound cheap but I want to spend between $100-130 new or used.

The old Alpine MRV 1005 is a great amp, you could probably pick one up pretty cheap second hand

Is it a DVC and what ohm's is it? If its a 2 ohm DVC then you'll need a amp that'll put out about 400watts rms at either 1 or 4 ohms. If its a 4 ohm DVC, you'll need a amp thats rated at 2 or 8 ohms. 2 and 1 ohm amps draw more current from your battery so most likely they'll be Class D amps and require heavy gauge cabling. The Alpine MRD-500 is great at 2 ohms.

I will second the suggestion that you get the 801D for the Type R, that combo sounds damn nice together, although with your price range of 100-130 for an amp that needs to put out at least 300WRMS will be hard to come by...
