hey guys....its make me sick reading posts about individuals who have their **** jacked. i wont even post what what i drive due to **** who probably go through posts looking for rides to steal. My question for all you out there is, what seems to be the best theft deterrant on the market at this time. I will not have my car stolen. I have put too much time and money into it for some no good piece of garbage to steal my ****. All replys all welcome and appreciated to the fullest.

Ummm put it in a locked garage at night.... then don't ever drive it unless you are going to the track or a show and buy a beater. Really do you honestly expect your car not to get stolen even with an alarm and other security measures? If you don't want the risk of a stolen car buy a station wagon.... you people don't make any sense, if you have a flashy car and live in an area with a ton of car thefts then its only a matter of time befroe your car gets jacked and nothing you do will prevent that unless you guard it like its a child.

There is no one device. It takes layers.
I have two electronic security devices, alarm and locator. An autolock, club, and then I take the piggyback computer out (disables vehicle from running) and requires the only the specific piggyback to be able to run.
The more layers, the less likely you are to get hit, since they will move onto easier pray. Not much you can do if they want your car, or at least break in. Hard to prevent theft when they have a forklift and a flat bed.
