changed brake pads

its kinda making a little rubbing sound. im wondering if this is normal for new pads

new rotors too? mine sounded like they were slowls.y braking even though not on brakes - went away in like 4 day

the rotor was resurfaced. plus its only happening on the passenger side

brake pads were not properly seated after installation or the brake pad compound is not OEM which could cause it to be noisy
