Short circuit? Wiring experts please read!
ok...somethings terribly wrong. Here are all the 'symptoms' my car is showing:
1) bumper lights don't turn on
2) taillights don't turn on
3) left turns signal (front and back) blink fine
4) only ONE bulb (the big one) blinks on the front right (and I actually blew one blinking it)
5) right rear turn signal doesn't blink at all
6) only left high-beam turns on
7) right window doesn't work
8) instrument lights won't come on
9) instruement lights flicker as right blinker blinks (if it doesn't blow the bulb)
10) both low-beams work fine
It looks like a short circuit to me. A short circuit that's affecting primarily the right side of the car. This is very strange...everything worked last night. The only thing i did today was change the rear bumper. Any ideas???
EDIT: I forgot to mention that i blew 3 fuses trying to replace the fuse for the instrument lighting...

Check the relays used for the headlights and windows. My friend's Accord had a similar problem with most of those symptoms and it turned out to be a bad relay(located in the engine bay) and he swapped it out for a new one and it fixed the problem. When you say "short" circuit, that means that there's a break in the line. This sounds more like a possible ground issue where as if circuit is not grounding out properly, some lights will still light up but not work properly circuit. Some things to consider, but it could also be something as simple as a ground that came loose.
In the older Accords, it's located on the passenger side shock tower. On a DC Integra, I think it's located underneath the dash (same as EG Civics). Just get a manual so you can figure out which one is the correct one and swap it out.
