c-speedracing compression calculator accurate?

ive been using this site to see possible compression differences, but i was wondering if its accurate
for example my motor is stock 81mm bore LS bottom end with type R/B16 head. pr3 pistons and stock head gasket
it said that the cr was 11.3 correct?

i was just messing around and i calculated a b18b block/head and oem head-gasket with ctr pistons and it put out 11.4. Is this possible? would it be even benificial for me? this would be greatly appreciated.
