Ive been tryin to find a b18a1 for my 91 crx hf but i cant find any around were i live and i really like to see the engine before i buy it. I kinda know how to put the engine in and a couple of friends are gonna help me with it. Is it hard to swap a b18a1 into a crx? If i cant get a b18a1 then i was gonna go with a 91 jdm b16a kuz im kinda straped for cash right now but i really want the engine before winter. So if anyone could help me out with this and just tell me what some of the things ill be needing to do that would be great . thanks

 

easy as hell swap B16a would be harder cause you gota wire vtec. You need mounts, linkage, ecu, wiring harness...do a quick search for exact details cause there is VERY good help on this board. I have a COMPLETE LS swap (b18b with cable trans.) you can have for 1500 if you come pick it up here in michigan.

nah cant go any lower. I live in Grand Rapids. The engine MAY be sold with the car here in the next couple weeks tho sorry bro
