maybe i dont understand you correctly....Why dont you just loosen the 12 bolts, 6 on each housing, and rotate the center assembly?

is your question concerning the closeness of the oil feed to the mani? because if you need more room just use a banjo fitting like on your feul lines, that is what i use and it works great however if you use that setup make SURE that you use the copper crush waschers on the to AND bottom the banjo i found that out the hard way oil spraying everywhere is not good hope this helps in regard to the pressure and return lines , the only thing that u have to worry about is that the oil return port is purpendicular to the ground so that it can drain freely

ok im going to use this thread to ask my question because the picture looks very similar to the problem i am having except my problem isnt that the fitting for the oil feed itself is hitting the bolts but when i screw on the actual oil line to the fitting it hits the mani bolts and doesnt allow me to clock the turbo enough to get the oil return flange perfectly vertical. To better explain , if you were looking at the turbo from the side, instead of the oil return flange being at 6 o clock pointing straight down, it sits more around 5 o clock pointing a little towards the block. My question is wether or not this will cause problems with my oil return from the drain not being perfectly perpendicular to the ground.... thanks in advance for any feedback

You need to get a 90* low profile inlet adapter.

Here's mine:

That is an HKS item. If they are not available in the US I will grab a couple for you guys.

Oh yeah, it is a RESTRICTED inlet

well that would work except this is a precision gt30r and it doesnt have the holes to mount a flange for the feed line, it only has the one hole for the feed fitting...

thats the problem, theres no room to put a 90 degree fitting because the space between the compressor and turbine housings is so tight that the fitting wouldnt be able to turn. i thought about getting a low profile 90 fitting to use but the fitting that came with the turbo is an oil restrictor and it looks like its meant to seal with the port on the turbo itself for the oil feed so im afraid the flow might get disrupted too much with a 90 between the oil restrictor and the turbo.

if a 90 is really what you need, just go to home depot or any local hardware store and spend a dollor on a brass 90.
