if you have a automatic prelude, and you have most of a 5-speed prelude (all the important parts anyway) how difficult is it to convert? Assume there is a swap done in the process, so getting to the clutch lines & wiring isn't that big a deal. Also assume the dash and the climate control stuff under it are already removed.

edit: question to the point - are there already holes in the firewall & floor for everything?

Yes already hole for Clutch master cyl. I had that swap done and helped a little took a few days.
