cut through the bolt on both sides of the LCA.
Press out the bushing, cut out the sleeve, push in ES poly inserts.
They are about $20 shipped from http://www.suspension.com

Is this the parts that I need for my EG:... "REAR SHOCK UPPER and LOWER BUSHING SET" part#16-8103? Is it for both side at the rear? or just for one side? because I need it for both side at the rear!!

same situation happened to me not to worry its common for hondas. I just got my Energy Suspension #16-8103 this past week and it comes with the upper shock bushing too... cool for 15.00 well 21.00 bucks shipped. i havent had the chance to work on my car. U might want to call the honda dealer for the bolt size cause thats what i did but right now i cant remember the exact size. Also dont forget the nuts.

Yeahh..I figure dealer would just rape me for those bushing if I show up over there. But what about them two screws,..do I have to get them from
dealer?
Now...I know that the screw that hold the rear suspension inplace are frozen but do the other screw on the control arm got froze too? dont I need to take the whole control arm out?...or..can I replace the bushing while the LCA still on car?

right when i thinking where is the post about broken LCA bolts!
I have the same problem.
From my experience I broke the LCA bolt that hold the strut. But I used an electric impact to remove LCA from the frame and the rear disc brake. It wasn't too bad. I know when I am going to break the bolt when i feel the head bolt spin but the back side is not.
I also had bad luck with the front suspension and broke the fork screw that holds the strut into the fork.
not to mention the two stripped rotor screws.
the horror never ends.
I think that is what i get for buying a 92 eg from canada in Houston with no A/C and a lost title.....
But hey what do expect when you paid $600
