Looking to remove the ABS from a 1992 SI model.

would I buy the brake lines from a 1992 S, or would it be easier to make my own lines?

 

Do you really mean "remove"? Or do you mean "disable"?

If you want to disable ABS, just pull the ABS fuse.

If you want to remove ABS, I can't help you. (And I have no idea why you would want to remove the ABS system...)

remove, as in remove all hardware, never to be used again.
