Default Installed my hi mount.

I know it's not a Honda, but it's my baby. I installed a Scorpion hi mount on Friday night. Bike sounds like it has ***** now. Here is a pic after I went for a ride.

That's a fun streetbike. Better get some effective steering in there before people give you a hard time for having a high mount and strips

I am still sort of a noob and am still learning how to ride. No wheelies, no stoppies, no burnouts and I always ride in full gear. I got some twisties by my house, but I am just not ready for them yet.

So how do you like that SV?
I've been thinking about getting a carbed standard and upping it with clip ons, rear sets, ect.
Does it have tank slapping problems like the TLs do?
It looks nice though, did you re-jet, and if so what changes did you make?
Thanks!

I love it. I have not had any tank slapping problems, it's a very forgiving bike. I have not had a chance to re-jet yet, I have not had any time. I don't get a chance to ride all that often anyway. Once I do reject I will be getting.
140 mains
17.5 pilots (2.5 turns on the screw) and 1 shim.
It should cost me like $10 in parts a cycle gear.

No need to rush getting good at it . . . I've only been ridin for about 4 months, and I personally wanna ride for like the next 30 years . . . How will I not get bored if I learn everything in 1 day? Work on those twisties man, they are more fun and adrenaline rushing and exhilarting than any wheelie or stoppie I've ever done . . . Great bike too, I ride with a guy here who has one, and he rides really really wheel and keeps up with all us sporties . . .

Looks very nice... enjoy and be careful... if you worry about tank slappers, get a steering damper. If you can't afford scotts get a daytona or other shock type damper for around $200... definietley good investments

if you tried, you could barely get a 650 to slap
