For my AEM intake i noticed that there was a little vacumm line that came off of the intake mani to the top of the AEM intake, (by the tb) now that i have a turbo setup what do i do w/ this line, as you can see in the picture its capped off..will this work fine?

 

Just leave it open or put a small plastic filter on it. Similar to the 'check valves' that come with some turbo kits.

yeah I think if you have plugged it your car wouldn't start as well. It's the starting air valve, adds extra air to the IM when starting.
