94 civic tuning howto
hi honda fans!
first, sorry for my english
i have a plain '94 civic 1.5 VEI 90HP. I have a basic question - i want to boost it, but where should i start? I have D15B2 engine type written in technical papers that i got with the car... is this engine good to tune or should i replace it with a better one?
Sorry for a stupid question but i'm just a honda-beginner
