thats a stock jdm/euro front and rear bumper they just have accents on the rear, sideskirts and a front lip.

pretty clean lookin to me, at least it dont stick out the side of the car with a bunch of useless vents

clearly you are missing the trim pieces that wrap arround the front and rear bumper.

I know, I was talking about the front/rear lip (even though you can't see rear) and the side skirts. Not the JDM moldings.

Somebody else tried to explain this somwhere up there, but those trim pieces are part of the stock JDM bumpers. You need to get the whole bumper, the trim doesn't just add on to the USDM one. Also, the trim will be black and look nasty (some people like it though), but it seems like it looks pretty good painted.
