making si seats lower
Spoon does make one for the EP3, but its not for the stock seats, thats for their Spoon seats.
Their seats have side mounts and the EP SI seats mount from underneath.

i saw some after market seat rails that said that it would lower your seat about 2 inches somewhere. they were made for aftermarket seats but said that it would work with stock seats too. i think that they were like 200 bucks, maybe it was the spoon ones...iono...wish i would have saved that shiet. im 6'3" and wanna lower my *** and center of gravity too.

I was just trolling around in this board because I may be buying an RSX, I own (and love) an old EG hatch but I actually have an answer for your question. I installed a pair of the 03 SI seats in my EG and to lower them I removed the bottom cushion and slotted the holes in the side rail so that the bottom cussion could sit about 3/4" lower. I also had to grind off a flange on a square, punched hole in the rail for the cushion frame to fit. You will see what I mean when you examine the seats.
3/4" isn't much but it did help.
