96-98 :: 99-00 Conversion

My brother is in the Air Force and is stationed at Kadena AFB in Okinawa and he is sending me a set of 99 Type R headlights. What would I need to do to my 96 Hatch to get those to fit.

Someone told me I would need a new hood, fenders and bumper. Would I need to get a 99-00 radiator support?

No rad support. You just need the hood, fenders, headlights, grille, and bumper cover.
