Default Skunk stage2's with a thinner headgasket?

Would there be any piston to vlave issues when running a thinner headgasket on a b18c5 with stage 2's? I figured the cam would like a little more compression than the stock 10.6:1.

Any other alternatives that you can recomend?
ctr pistons?
milling the head?

im open to suggestions...

milling the head is usually recomended because the aftermarket head gaskets can leak

what is your budget/goals?

basically i want to be able to see the full potential of the cams. when going over other people expeireences with the cams, they all seamed to make more power with a higher compression due to the cams more agreesive duration and lift.

Im just trying to see what would be the best option to raise the compression.

The motor might be seeing a little n20 so now im starting to think of going with a nice set of forged pistons.

What about milling and a thin head gasket? I wonder if those cams would hit then.

id really rather not mill the head. if you guys think that a thinner headgasket would be enough to see these cams potential then i will go that route, if not im still open to any better ideas?

basically what would you do if you were in my shoes....

i thought about that alos, they would put me around 12.2:1 comp. any one think this would be a problem if running on 93 octane and tuned with a hondata?

also, what would be a normal price for a set of ctr piustons plus instalation?

perfect idea...raise the compression

CTR pistons are the way to do because its oem, and is still a great competitor against most piston company's out there.

OEM ALL THE WAY!!!!

300.00 - 375.00 I guess. I have however bought a few new sets off y for around 275.00 before. They came with pins and rings.

a cheaper alternative would be pr3 pistons (B16) they are oe as well, and they still yield some pretty high compression. i got a set for 250 shipped with rings and wrist pins, they are going on some eagle rods then in my ls/vtec as soon as i start making some more money.
