ok i've done a billion searches. i've seen the custom made ones, the eclipse guys with the fuel filters, etc.
i have a 91 honda accord. there is the breather filter location then the pcv valve location. so here's my questions:
1. Where do i attach the hoses to the oil catch can???
a. from the breather location to a vaccum line
b. from the pcv valve to the vaccum line

2. If not whats the correct way then???

You place it in between the PCV valve and the Intake Manifold.

PCV --vaccum line---> Catch Can -vaccum line ----> IM
