Default AN-R header just installed!!

Well, I just got my new AN-R header on. It took about 3 weeks to get here from the time I ordered it, which isn't bad at all. This is such a huge difference over the stock manifold!! If I get a chance to dyno soon I'll be sure to post it up.

The coating is just a BBQ Black hi-temp paint. I don't have any previous numbers, but I can tell just from driving that it PROBABLY puts down another 10-15 whp. Between that and my new homemade exhaust it should put that down. Current mods are:
AN-R header
Homemade exhaust ( ends just before the gas tank, no cat, 1 24" resonator)
AEM intake
Spoon chipped P13

Internals are coming for the winter!!

i don't think it's side exit. Did you not just hear him say he had a exhaust system! Side exhausts go ou the side of the car, hence their name. If his car has an exhaust it's just a normal header, not a side exit.

Nah, i ment the exhaust piping, he said he ended it right before the gas tank, not the header.
Side exit header
Side exit exhaust

Sorry, it's not a side exit. There's a turndown right before the gas tank so it technically ends in the middle of the car. And yes, it's loud as fawk. I'm gonna add a 2nd resonator I think to try and quiet it down a little.

Haha, I'll try dude. I'm gonna try this weekend when i get a chance to get some pics of the exhaust and the bottom of the header so you can see the ground clearance issues. I had to raise the front of my car considerably to get good clearance.

yeah i'm sure it is loud. and it kinda sucks driving a system like that on the street every day. just a bit too loud. it's fun but only when you drive it here and there. is this a daily driven street car?

anyway, nice looking setup. it would be cool to see the dyno results sometime.
