Question on set up?

I've heard of an individual with a 92 cx hatch equipped with a B18C1 with ITR pistons, upgraded valvetrain, CTR cams tuned with a VAFC. Claimed an 12.70 on 22x8x13. Car posesses full interior with the exception of the spare tire and jack. Not certain of exact weight. Possible?

I have seen a 98 hatch with most intreior in tact with similar engine run 14 flat on BFG's at 2,700 feet.

I guess it's possible but I hesitate to say either way for sure becasue I'm not a 1/4 mile expert by any means.
