Default 475,673* Preludes built from 97-01

14,673* Turbo systems sold or built for the 97-01 Honda prelude
0 3" Mandrel bent production turbo exhaust systems for the 97-01 prelude.

Autologic Inc's answer:

and just to stay true to the cause:

3 in downpipe.

This exhaust system was built out of 3" 304 mandrel bent stainless steel. The muffler is an Apexi N1 universal. The hangers are 304 stainless, the connections are made with stainless steel Vband clamps to ensure a perfect seal everytime. The downpipe clears all AC and accessory components.

I was very please with the outcome of this exhaust system and wanted to share. Im also very disappointed in the aftermarket because there are no production 3" exhaust systems for the prelude. Ill post pics of the car with the muffler installed as soon as I get the car off the lift.

This system was designed for off-road use only and cannot be used on public highways. :D
* estimated numbers I pulled outta my ***.

Damn, that is beautiful. Love the vband clamps rather than the 3 bolt flanges! Classy!

We just had a place called miami muffler do a mandrel bend 3" exhaust for LJR-lude01's car back in the spring, it has the apexi canister too

It was hella cheap, fast, and damn was it good quality.

But you're right, there arent any damn big companys that make 3" exhaust for the gayludes.

nonetheless looks good

Yea.. I think its an awesome way to connect exhaust piping, no flanges to warp, no bolts to rust.. just a much better deal

V-band clamps are *** expensive. The coolest thing ever, but *** expensive.

That is a beautiful exhaust system.

However, it looks like it would be really freaking loud.....

Actually the 3bolt flanges were only a few dollars less in stainless.

Autologic Inc in Houston. Its gonna cost about 1500. Its is NOT a production piece. This was a custom one-off.

EVERYTHING on this exhaust is stainless steel. O2 bungs, hangers, everything. the cost reflects that.

The next exhaust may be a little cheaper, I have found less expensive piping and parts.

Thanks tony.

Kteller8 makes a 3" mandrel bent piping to fit the 92-01 Prelude, thats what i have on my car with a Skunk2 3" universal can

i only wish i could find someone that can produce a high quality manifold and matching 3" downpipe that is still A/C compatible, but i'm not gonna hold my breath
