Default Best Intake and Exhaust

Sorry for the repeat, I'm sure this topic has been beat to death, but I just got a ITR and would like feedback. So anyone who can help. What are the positives and negatives for:

AEM, Comptech, Spoon filter...
Greddy, Tanabe, Apexi...

Thanks.

Glad you joined us on this forum. Try a search on the products you listed and see if you find any answers. If not, then repost this topic.

Remember, products are sometimes a matter of personal choice. So, I may like the AEM, but others like the Comptech. Both for valid reasons.

So, I suggest doing a little research first, then come back and ask a more specific question like...I want more mid-range power, should I get the Comptech or AEM intake? I don't want a loud exhaust, what do you recommend? etc. etc.

Again, welcome to this board.

Best? ...
How much do you want to spend.
Look for something advertising a larger collector diameter (for the header, nominal 2 1/2 ", i.e., JDM= Japanese domestic market).
Intakes, ... the AEM CAI (cold air intake) is reasonably priced and effective.

However, if you just got the car drive it as is for a while and get used to it.
