i only plan on running low boost, so the only thing an ext. wg offers me is that i can turn it down more...Im not sure how much you can adjust internal wg, but it makes things a little less complicated...

yea im in the same ballpark, tryin figure out exactly what i need, im only going to be running 7-8psi max so i doubt i can benefeit from an external waste gate..... might just run a log style and hope i can find a turbo in good shape with an internal wastegate....

good luck with ur setup dude

We're using a log style manifold on my buddy's 92 Integra RS (stock head, stock block) and it traps at 100 mph in the quarter. This with a little 14b and 10 psi, on pump gas.

It is certainly not an optimal design, but it certainly does work.
