I might pick up a 95 honda cbr 600 any advice ???

Im getting it from a friend is this a good bike ? Is there anything I should look out for ?

Have fun. Its an awesome bike. F2's and F3's are great starter bikes along with the FZR.

How well has your friend kept the bike? That's how you'll know the condition of the bike. It's a great bike! Lots of spares available. The CCT (cam chain tensioner) is a weakpoint in the motorcycle, but you can buy a manual one which needs to be adjusted every so often. Also, the electrical system's regulator/rectifier might also be a weakpoint.
