Default volk racing valve stems

most probably know about this, but i thought this might be useful information to others who may not know.

you can purchase metal volk racing valve stems from any authorized volk/rays dealer.

i purchased my volks used and they didn't come with the volk valve stems.

they can be bought for about $45usd.

they are highly recommended when using the car on the track, etc. i'm sure many others will attest to this. many tech inspections require this prior to track events. i have been fortunate to not have been flagged for my rubber valve stems. :whew:

no longer will i have to worry.

happy h-tEEing!

I just bought some Rays lug nuts from P1Auto down in Charlotte, NC. The guys at P1Auto were selling the valve stems too. I could bring myself to spend the cash on a set of Volks, so I bought a set of Rota's from P1Auto instead. P1Auto also did my tire install with their Hunter TC3500 tire changer and balanced my wheels with their Hunter GSP9700 balancer!
Not to mention I also bought a Toda flywheel from P1Auto and had it installed on one of their two (2) vehicle lifts! Right after that I had P1Auto strap my car down on their very own loading chassis dynamometer!

as for lugs, i don't have rays. i have those el cheapo duralmin lug nuts. they work great for $80usd. as for the stems; $45usd for 4.

looks like you had some bad luck with these. what color did ya have? maybe the black ones might help deter theft. when i checked with them, they had the anodized blue and a black. i've never seen the black valvestems before. i'll put some pics up when i get them on wednesday.
