just fill out a 2 minute report on safeharbor, and leave him negative feedback.
idiots who can not follow ebay rules should not use ebay.
when the seller signed up for ebay, he had agreed to the TOS, which now he is violating. you could even sue him for it, though most of this crap doesnt go that far.
but i'd make his life a living hell for pulling that crap on his auction, especially b/c he didnt state from the get go that he has his "magical" reserve.
then maybe, just maybe he will think twice about it next time.
