I have a Catco high flow cat I got from Summit Racing. I think it works great. I paid around 90bux for it.

Only http://www.dynomax.com comes to mind.
I don't remember which brand of cat I have or what else is out there.
I've got a stainless "high-flow" one that passes emissions tests with flying colors and I think it added a nice throaty burble at idle. No noticible performance gains of course.
