No, I do have 3 Helms Manuals ...just none of them cover the b16.
I'm helping a friend with his rebuild and need only the main bearings torque specs.Thanks

Well if someone returned my Helms manual 3 days ago like they were supposed to I would look, but from Memory it is 57ft-lbs. I did a search and someone said 58ft-lbs though. If I get my Helms then I will repost

 

That's what I needed to know, thanks Boostfed. I tried an internet search but could not find a site with b16 specs. Where did you find them?

 

I searched on this site. My friend is dropping my Helms off at 9:30-10:00 so if you wan wait for me to be 100% confirmed I will post it.

 

1st step 18ft-lb then 2nd step 56ft-lbs confirmed with my Helms manual. Good luck!
