Default I like this picture alot.

I've always been working on my photography skills and I found a cool place today on the lake.. Well ironically the only pic that came out of the shoot that I like dosnt even look like a lake. My lip looks way out of place on this pic but it isnt really.
Just leave any comments you'd like, this pic just stood out as one of my best yet. I'd love to be as good as R-T or KG or Rodrez someday, but untill then......

This has sealed the decision. Type-r lip all the way. Forget a 99-00 front end conversion. Why can't somebody with a body shop just make a 99-00 front bumper that fits a 96-98 civic? Its not that hard. Would be a lot better than changing the fenders, headlights, grill, hood, and bumper. But maybe I'm just thinking out loud

awesome start!

For some reason the car looks a bit smushed, are you resizing the pics at all?

Pic isnt resized at all..

The lip is a "Type R" from JDM ****.. i guess it is basically a 99-00 style lip for my 97.. thats basically what i was going for. I like my little 96-98 headlights more than 99-00 and the bumper without the little vents... sometimes anyway.. sometimes i just want an 00 front end but what are you gonna do.. atleast its a lil different than most people's around here

heres a side shot to put the whole car into perspective... but this pic is nothing great, just an adverage side shot.. the ones i took facing the lake had too much sun and and shawdow'd the side of my car so that sucks...

ALSO, i took off the little rubber protector things around the door after gettin bitched at in the last thread

you know i love you car mark

but i have never liked that lip because it is trying to mimick a 99-00 si lip, which honda never made.

a 96-98 ctr lip looks nothing like that.

i think you should have gotten a sir lip.but since you got that one you should have painted it flat black and i think you should get spoon mirrors.

don't get my wrong i still love your car, and you should fix it up the way you like it.

it is an amazing car for a 17 year old to own

very nice car

Only thing i have to say is that the lip doesn't look like it's part of the car...like it's 'disconnected' or something (fitment maybe?)...

EDIT: I think it's how it flares out on the edges

Si lip:

It's sorta similar but the Si lip is much more low-profile than that other one for the 96-98 front.

yep.. well anyway. mines a little different than the JDMShit picture.. i mean its what i ordered but u can see the difference.

its fine though. It was only 90 bucks shipped and theirs people at my school that would give me 150 right now.

i changed my plan to: Im going to sell it around christmas time when i get my bumper repainted, then get a CTR lip and get that, the bumper, and sideskirts painted.

Oh, but if i were to describe my lip, i'd say its the outcome of a 96-98 ctr and 99-00 ctr combined lol.

In the picture it looks alot more flared than it actually is too.. but

i have seen it in person on my friends car it is a nice piece mark

mark i think you should get black spoon mirrors and keep rocking the flat black look you have going, its what makes your car stand out from all the others also a carbon fiber hood would compliment it nicely. just like this. but its your car and you should defintely do what you want.

i love the flat black/carbon fiber look and i really love his sir lip and bumpers
